I received my order today and as usual I’m really pleased with it.

However, I have a problem with one item that was ordered, the stripy cardigan WK407GRN12.

I can tell it has been washed as it smells of laundry detergent. It does smell nice, but this is supposed to be a new item so it shouldn’t smell of anything.

On closer inspection, there is a hole at the back of the neck and a slub on the rear shoulder which spoils the look of the cardigan. I am wondering, did another customer return this item and it went back into stock?

I’m really disappointed as I have just returned a perfect identical cardigan in size 10 and wanted a larger size, so had ordered this 12. I really didn’t expect it to be a used/worn item.

Please can you check if you can send me a new size 12, if you have any left in stock?

Update : They emailed me today (same day!) to confirm they have sent a replacement cardigan. Top marks.
